Cyborg Vision (VR)
A downloadable game for Windows
Resistance as a visual language.
Key to resistance is the implementation of different views and experiences. Filter bubbles, the commercialization of knowledge, fake news etc make the need to modify one's view to see beyond.
Cyborg Vision is inspired by insects and their faceted eyes.
In contrast to insects, a human brain won't unify a multitude of images but focus on objects rather than colors and light. When entering Cyborg Vision as a human entity, you may encounter motion sickness or transformational struggles, but will experience the ability to look around and behind you simultaneously in the virtual space.
'Single vision produces worse illusions than double vision or many-headed monsters.' - Donna Haraway, A Cyborg Manifesto
Cyborg Vision can be tested with a HTC Vive.
